Jay Cad is wonderful. I’ve used them a lot on many of my properties. They have a very knowledgeable staff that know the code very well. Their prices are very competitive. They were able to expedite my projects with out losing a beat during the pandemic and the city services shutting down and being low on staff. They have everyone from code consultants, drafters, and engineers on board which makes it a great one stop shop for any developer.

Due to some personal emergencies, our architect was unable to complete the process with the city to get us to obtaining our permit. Jay was referred to me by a friend and landscape designer who had worked with him previously. Jay stepped in and made it happen quickly and with ease and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A small drafting company that will exceed your exceptions, I must admit that Jay was truly unbelieving in drawing up my plans for my duplex. Jay had patient, been kind, receptive, and just overall an incredible person to work with. He did a great job and delivered it as promised. On top of all, the best part is that Jay was much more affordable than everyone else. He is truly the top of the line and gets me the job done for 1/10 of the cost.
